It’s really refreshing to see mental well-being being openly discussed—there’s still so much stigma around it, even though so many people quietly struggle. I think one of the biggest challenges is just taking that first step to reach out for help. That’s why I really appreciate how accessible depression therapy online has become. It gives people the chance to talk to a professional from the comfort of their own space, which can make all the difference. Mental health deserves just as much attention as physical health, and it’s great to see more people acknowledging that.
