Rotor problems

Hey everyone, I’m having a bit of a problem with my rotor—it’s vibrating a lot when I run the machine. Has anyone experienced this before? What’s the best way to balance a rotor if that’s the issue?

I’d also add that you should inspect the rotor for any visible damage or wear. Sometimes, cracks or uneven wear can cause vibrations. Also, make sure all the mounting hardware is tight. Loose mounts can lead to vibrations. We recently did our centrifuge rotor balancing  using a SmartBalancer. During the process, I spoke with the engineer and found out that the equipment itself costs around $12,000.
